Central House is an expression of an innovative approach to housing on the Polish market and the first project to be implemented under the New Quality Policy. In the heart of Mokotow’s business district, a well-thought-out project will be created using high-quality building materials and environmentally-friendly solutions that will be introduced as standard, such as electric vehicle and bicycle rentals for the exclusive use of residents, air purifiers in each apartment, solar panels, car charging points, etc.
